The 5 bedrooms are all stylishly furnished with the contemporary touches, affording warmth and comfort for restful sleep. The master bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom that is wonderfully fitted with high quality fixtures such as shower, sink and toilet. It is furnished with a large plush double bed with premium mattress and silky soft linens and convenient access to the rooftop terrace which is also located, offering amazing sea views. On the ground floor are two other bedrooms of which one has a luxurious double bed and the other comfortable twin beds. 2 further rooms with the same configuration as above are found on the lower ground floor of this beautiful home.
The lush outdoor spaces will certainly awe you. The large private pool is great for laps, afterwhich you can relax by the poolside which has comfy poolside seats and plush sun-loungers while an outdoor shower is a convenient option to wash up before and after the swim. Take in the verdant sea views while enjoying your meals at the semi-open dining terrace. Head up the rooftop terrace on the first floor for more awe-inspiring views. Guests can take a walk along the paved garden path with hanging baskets and pretty flower borders. Lavender and fragrant herbs are planted in the garden, which emit a lovely scent in the early evening, contributing to the ambience of this lovely home.
With an open layout it renders the indoorspacious. There are two large living spaces on the ground floor and the lower ground floor,suited for socialising, watching a film together or even playing board games and enjoying family activities. The ground floor has an open-plan living space with plush sofa, TV, dining table and a fully-fitted kitchen with hobs, double oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and a toaster while theadditional living area on the lower ground floor comes with ultra comfy sofas and a small kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and a dining table, affording the much needed privacy. There are also 2 common bathrooms located on each floor fitted with shower, sink and toilet. One of the bathrooms has a beautiful bathtub for that long soak. Meanwhile, a large floor to ceiling door opens directly onto the charming terrace and pool area.

Puglia is known to be a lovely region rich in culture. There are plenty to explore outside of this beautiful coastal home with conveniences right at the doorstep. Within proximity of the home are lovely local shops , cafes and restaurants where you get to experience the local lifestyle and enjoy authentic Italian fares. There is even a beach - Blue Flag beach not too far away. Further away are several lovely towns, villages, beaches and natural attractions worth exploring. For those preferring the vibrancy of larger city Monopoli, a thriving town with a busy harbour and historical buildings to explore. There are also more shops, eateries and attractions for exploration in Monopoli.
The quaint town of Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is further inland showcases the area’s unique local culture. It is famous for its dry-stone houses with a distinct cone shaped roof called “Trulli”. The town is dotted with these beautiful rustic buildings. For the art lover, make sure to make a visit to the Basilica which houses a Caravaggio painting and many other works of art.
The Grotte di Castellana is one of Puglia’s best attractions which has a vast network of caves, tunnels and caverns that can be explored along a 3km guided route. Along the way you’ll see huge caves, stalactites and fossils. The Grotte has been around for 90 million years and is a must-see when in the region.
The lovely white-washed town of Ostuni is also nearby and can be reached in 30 minutes by car, while the bigger towns of Lecce and Bari are both just over an hour away.
