With 2.5 lovely bedrooms, 3 spacious bathrooms, this 108 sq metres home has all the conveniences you’ll find in your own home such as beautifully furnished living spaces, fully equipped kitchen and cosy dining area. The property has large windows throughout, which encourages the inflow of natural light and at the same time allows you a glimpse of the beautiful scenery outside and ample spaces to soak in the allure of Niseko.
Onsite is a cafe, restaurant and ski room to cater to residents’ needs. Truly a ski in ski out accommodation, the building is designed to take advantage of the Mt Yotei view on one side while the other to the slopes.
It has 3 beautifully designed bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have western bedding with either king or twin bed configuration and the remaining room is a tatami room, great for those looking to experience the actual Japanese living experience. If an extra bed is needed, a Japanese futon can certainly be requested (with charges). Children between ages of 0-5 can stay for free provided they sleep on the same existing bed.The huge bathrooms has fine toiletries, relaxing showers, vanities and high-quality fixtures.
A dedicated residents only ski room gives direct access to the slopes. Entrance is only via security passes. There is a fantastic onsite restaurant and restaurant where you can enjoy your meals in the comfort (if you don’t feel like heading out). Weather permitting, take a slow stroll along the lively streets of Hirafuzaka lined with many exciting activities, attractions, shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment options while appreciating the post-card perfect vistas with the majestic Mt Yotei as the backdrop.
Spread across 108 square meters , the interior spaces embraces contemporary architecture with clean lines and subtle colours , creating an oasis of peace and calm. With ample spaces, it makes a great spot for relaxing and entertaining . After a long day at the skis, nothing beats plonking yourself down on the super comfy L-shaped sofa to rejuvenate with the large Smart TV (with both Japanese and English channels), giving you entertainment. Chit-chat through the night and take in the beautiful night scenes from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows that surround the home. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen is equally spacious and has all the appliances needed such as stove, hob, built in oven, coffee maker, refrigerator , oven and dishwasher for ease of meal preparations. Meals can be enjoyed at the nice 6-seater table next to the kitchen.
Our resourceful and friendly team will take care of all your needs during your stay. A 24 hours concierge desk in the lobby can answer all your queries. Complimentary cleaning is provided every 2 days with a mid-stay cleaning every 4 days. The team can help with making arrangements for all other on demand services such as ski pass purchase, arrangements for ski lessons, childcare and dining, which may incur additional costs.

Niseko United is a combination of four independent ski resorts on the southeast of Mt Annupuri (1,309 m). All the resorts have slopes and terrains to suit skiers of all levels. The Niseko Mountain Pass provides access to all 4 resorts (Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village and Annupuri) as well as the United Shuttle service (which is complimentary) while the Grand Hirafu pass only allow access to Grand Hirafu and Hanazono. Grand Hirafu is a short one-minute walk from the property. There are several ski gear rental shops and ski schools for all ages in these resorts where you could rent ski equipments and take ski lessons as well as explore a range of winter activities.
You can opt for spa treatment, experience the onsen (Japanese hot spring), enjoy tantalising spread of international cuisines, shop at the many retail stores, stock up on essentials at the nearest supermarket while the little ones will have a time of their lives at the Kids Club, an international childcare centre catering to kids of 0-6 years of age. The older ones will enjoy the Adventure Park.
While most come to Niseko to ski, it is wonderful summer destination as well. For golfers, there are 6 world-glass golf courses within an hour's drive (with 4 closest to The Maples). Explore local areas by cycling. Head off-road and explore the countryside via mountain biking or try your hands at fly fishing.
