If you enjoy rustic living then Villa Pascol, a refurbished old farmhouse that is said to be more than 250 years old is certainly the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday. Many of this house’s traditional aspects were maintained by its current owners, giving it a unique character and charm of its own. Set within lush ground flanked by a beautiful vista, calming pool and well-manicured garden, this charming double storey home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor and indoor terraces - truly a place to be!
The upper floor of this home contained the 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom complete with shower area, bathtub, top of the range toiletries and vanities.
Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are double rooms while the other remaining room is a twin room. Each of these rooms are not only spacious, they are luxuriously designed with plenty of wood accents keeping inline with its rustic feel.
The warm and cozy bedroom one has a large wooden bed with a plush mattress for a good night’s sleep. A beautiful chest drawer is available for storing personal belongings while a small window provides fresh air and light. The second bedroom comes with a comfortable wooden double bed and a twin bed on the side of the room, a great option for parents with young children. A further bedroom with twin beds makes a great sharing option for the bigger kids. A rocking chair is also placed in the room for relaxation.
Its outdoor area is both charming and spectacular, set amidst lush greeneries. The main attraction is in its huge calming swimming pool which is built on higher grounds and can be accessed by climbing a few steps due to the land’s elevation. The pool’s water is completely natural with its source coming from the nearby mountain, and its constantly renewed, making it a unique addition to the home. Any extra water from the same source will be used to irrigate the fields nearby. The comfy sun-loungers allow you to enjoy the views in sheer privacy. The vast outdoor terraces are great for BBQ, alfresco dining or just simply relax and enjoy the vistas.
The large main entrance door opens up directly into the spacious living hall with its partially lined stone walls, wooden ceiling beams and terracotta tiled floors giving the rustic feel.
The living hall exudes comfort with its large wooden seattee which can double up as a daybed for those lazy days while a small table in the middle of the hall makes a great spot to relax over tea and cakes. The dining room which has direct access from the rear terrace is beautifully set up and ready for dining. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary equipment such as oven, stove, fridge, cutleries and more, ready for meals preparations. In the middle of the kitchen is a small four seater table which is good for quick meals. A further shower room is also located on this floor.
Although this is a self-catered accommodation, our professional team of staff is always ready to assist. Our hardworking housekeepers make sure the home is thoroughly cleaned each time an occupant leaves. Bed linens are changed once a week while towels every 5 days. Open onsite parking is also provided for your convenience. For families with young children or toddlers, a baby cot and high chair is also provided. Should you need additional cleaning during the week and other additional services such as extra baby cot, high chair and more, it can be arranged by our competent staff, with additional charges.
The villa is the ideal chlice for those looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas as the nearest town is quite a distance away and you’ll need a car to get around. Pollensa is approximately 6km from here where you can experience the local culture and lifestyle at the many historical sites, dining establishments and retails stores. If you intend to spend a day at the beach, it is approximately 12km away.
