This villa is ideal for small to medium groups travelling together either on a family vacation, company retreat or a relaxing trip with good friends. However, do note that those travelling with very young children, elderly and those with mobility issues should take extra care, as there are steep steps throughout the property.

One of the bedrooms features a balcony that overlooks the courtyard with its naturally beautiful surroundings, while another has a television as to when you want something else to watch!
Beautiful glass doors open from the living room straight onto a stone courtyard with a second dining area and a private pool perfect for a dip on hot afternoons. When evening falls, sit and relax on a selection of loungers with a pre-dinner drink under the magical atmosphere created by minimalistic lighting and open skies. Enjoy al fresco meals with a portable barbecue while taking in the gorgeous views. Go up another staircase and you will find a spacious roof terrace from where you can soak up panoramic views over the town's terracotta rooftops and across the mountains.
Step into an oasis of calm as you come in through the grand entrance hall, where you will also find a classic wood dining table for meals that is big enough to sit 10 people. Further off, a lovely living space with plenty of comfortable sofas, chairs and a wood-burning stove awaits you for extra warmth on chilly evenings. There is also a fully fitted kitchen full of character and everything that you need to prepare amazing meals and snacks for the family. For extra convenience, there is also a toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer here. On the top floor is a second sitting room with television, a range of charming antiques, wood burning stove and doors that lead to an amazing balcony which has asmall table and chairs surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers, giving the feel of a traditional Spanish country garden.
The friendly concierge team is always happy to arrange for extra services to further make your vacation a memorable one. Amongst some popular on-demand services are private chef, catering, babysitting, extra cleaning, pre-stocked fridge, airport transfers and local tours, however, do note that these additional services do come with separate charges.
Given that it is near to the centre of Pollensa town (100m), it is no doubt that there’s plenty to do and see in the proximity of Villa Denisa. Take a slow stroll to the town centre to the many historical attractions including museums, churchurs, the famous Roman bridge over the Sant Jordi River, the amazing 365 Calvari steps amongst others. For a taste of authentic Spanish fare, the La Fonda Restaurant is also a short walk away (160m) while the Botiga el Calvari Mini Mart (200 m) has everything you need for the pantry. The 16th/17th Century old Convent of Santo Domingo de Pollensa nestled atop a hill is worth the climb as you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the town and beyond. The fascinating Dionis Benassar Musuem which houses many painter’s works is a must visit for all art enthusiasts. In the town centre itself is a lovely town square known as Placa Major, perfect to people watch and indulge in a traditional Spanish lunch. The nearest sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is less than a 15 minutes drive away.
