This luxurious home comprises 5 lovely bedrooms, 4 spacious bathrooms, ample living room with fireplace, dining area, large patio, fully equipped kitchen, well-manicured garden, covered terrace, swimming pool,barbecue area, open-air parking, outdoor dining & seating area and many more. Located on a hill in a protected rural area, halfway between the beautiful villages of Santa Getrudis, San Mateo and San Rafeal offering views of the hill and the valley.Hence,a car is highly recommended for getting around.
This property houses five cosy and warm bedrooms allowing blissful rest. The spacious ensuite masterbedroom is beautifully designed and luxuriously furnished with a large plush double bed with premium mattress and soft silky linens, wardrobe to store belongings, rattan armchair for relaxation and large floor to ceiling door which provides access into the lovely garden while the generous ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, high quality fixtures, finest toiletries and amenities.
The four other bedrooms are also wonderfully fitted, one of which has two bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for the kids. A further three rooms come with two large and comfy single beds, one of which can be joined together into a double bed. All three rooms share the use of two common bathrooms with a shower.
The villa’s expansive outdoor spaces demonstrate the rustic ambience noticeable throughout the property. There are two separate seating areas suited for al-fresco dining, featuring afabulous roofted terrace with benches carved of stone of the estate and pottery for food and drinks! There are ample spaces for both kids and adults to wander about and partake in various activities. Bask in the sun on the many sun-loungers. The awesome pool is big enough to keep the entire group splashing and soaking for hours!
The villa is designed in such a way that it leads you straight into its vast internal spaces.
The lofty living room uses natural stone and wood to present a rustic feel for the whole group to gather around and have a relaxing time. It has an ultra comfortable sofa, satellite tv and an amazing fireplace where you can just snuggle around and chat into the wee hours of the mornings while keeping yourselves warm and fuzzy.
Further into the space is a fully equipped lovely kitchen with a small dining table, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle & juicer, should you decide to cook or just store drinks, foods and snacks in the fridge for a later time. Step out of the kitchen to feast in the dining room with a charming table and chairs, looking out to the outdoors through a large 2 panel door. In the cooler months, there is central heating throughout the home to keep you warm.
The villa’s professional team of staff are always happy to ensure your stay is a memorable one and also help to arrange those little extras, like maid services/extra cleaning, private chef/cook/catering, welcome hamper/pre-stocked fridge, local day-trips or tours, car rental, airport transfers and babysitting/childcare services,extra cot and high-chair, just to name a few. These come with extra costs. An open-parking space on-site is also provided.
Within proximity of the villa are an array of places and experiences to explore. A slow stroll takes you into the village of Cami Vell de Sant Mateu a mere 700 metres from here, where you can experience the local way of life. If you plan to dine out, within a km is the La Granja Farmhouse Restaurant, a working farmstead combining hospitality concept devoted to farming and food, is surely a unique farm to table experience.
Ibiza, one of the finest islands in Spain has the freshest foods and best beaches, and as you head up to the quaint village of Santa Agnes de Corona, you will find a variety of Tavernas serving authentic Spanish cuisine. You could also sip vino from one of the world’s top wine producing countries, take a stroll to the historic Santa Ines church to learn about the major role that religion played in the Spanish history or just head to the attractive Cala Salada beach. Ibiza is also well-known across the world for its vibrant nightlife.
