The villa has three double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are lovely with wardrobes, lounge chairs, lovely beds, and beautiful linens and bedding. Each of the beautiful bedrooms has direct access to a furnished terrace. The ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, one also features a bathtub, and are complete with thick fluffy towels and hairdryers. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are complete with lovely décor and ultra-modern finishes.
This sensational villa offers privacy and space set in beautiful surroundings. The property is great for family and friends with over 3000m2 of space. The large terraces and balconies offer lovely views and comfortable, shady spots to enjoy a meal, a good book or just to gaze at the azure blue Mediterranean sea.
The large swimming pool offers views of the garden and sea and has many comfortable spots to enjoy hours of sunbathing and relaxation. There is also a shower and toilet for guests’ convenience.
For the more energetic there is a petanque alley for hours of fun in the large gardens. The villa features an open bar with seating, the most perfect place to enjoy a chilled wine whilst watching the sun slip into the sea.

The dining room is adjacent to a large table and dining chairs. The dining room is conveniently close to the bright, sunny kitchen fully equipped with all anyone could possibly need to serve delicious meals. The dining area also features floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the terrace. The living areas are sunlit, bright and airy, airconditioned, and heated depending on the season.
The efficient villa staff will have thoroughly deep cleaned your lovely vacation home. They will also take care of the final cleaning for you. A baby cot and high chair are available for our smaller guests, please request on booking.
The lovely villa is in the beautiful coastal town of Carqueiranne, a quaint rovencal harbor town on the Var coast. The area has its own micro-climate, perfect for flower growing and perfume production, a magical area to enjoy exploring.
There are many varied options to keep everyone happy, with historic sites such as Richet castle, hiking opportunities in the Paradis mountains and of course the wonderful beaches. There are more than 7kms of soft sandy beaches and quiet little coves to discover. Windsurfing, paddleboarding, stand-up paddle, and of course simply swimming in the crystal clear waters are a must.
