The incredible views of Massif de L'Esterel in the horizon are what guests can come to expect when staying at La Colline Du Soleil, an enchanting holiday home here in southern France. Nestled exclusively in a serene and private setting that overlooks the picturesque landscape and surroundings, guests will also find that the villa’s appeal lies in its classic countryside-themed design with hints of contemporary in some of its furniture and furnishings. With stone-paved walkways on the outside and terracotta-tiled flooring for the interiors, La Colline Du Soleil also features white ceiling beams and white walls juxtaposed against minimalist decor and a selection of tasteful furniture. Its calming and welcoming ambiance inside is an extension of the wonderful nature outside starting with the Provencal gardens to the valleys and vineyards.
La Colline Du Soleil consists of 5 bedrooms spread over 2 storeys that can sleep 10 guests. Furnishings consist of pastel hues and they echo simplicity with their minimalist style. There are 3 bathrooms throughout for use, one of which features terracotta tiling from the floor to wall while another is built with a glass shower room for hot baths.
Outside, guests can relax by the Provencal gardens or simply explore the stone steps and terraces dotted with olive trees, herbs, jasmine and lavender. Alfresco dining can also be had on the lounge under towering pine trees or the marvellous terrace with the pool house just steps above along the elongated large salt-water swimming pool. Here is where guests can also cook up a summer feast at the outdoor summer kitchen fitted with a pizza oven and barbeque, before lazing on the sun loungers to enjoy long lunches.
A welcoming lounge and a perfectly-equipped kitchen make up the lower level of this 2-storey villa, which is also prettily adorned with toys, books and games, a DVD player and even Netflix for entertainment while infusing a homely charm. With its distinctive terracotta-tiled flooring throughout, guests will be pleased to also find a Bose sound system and Egyptian cotton bath linen as some of the thoughtful details and care that the owner puts in.
Guests staying here will be pleased to know that services and hospitality are taken care of by the team, which takes pride in going the extra mile to create for guests the best memories.
